The accessibility to the city center and other landmarks is #1 selling point. From all its access points, this hotel displays a well organized, secure atmosphere. Unlike many hotels in Kampala, this hotel's staff is not always in your face. Customer care is absolutely amazing. Very spacious rooms, plus their breakfasts are some of the best with endless item selection every day. Yes, the service is great, too.

Exceptionally service-minded and kind staff. Professionalism and hospitality at its finest. Room was spacious, clean, shower was good. Lovely garden-area and excellent breakfast with all you could want. The stone bakes pizza was simply amazing.

Polite and welcoming staff. Classy. Comfortable Bed. Quiet enronment and excellent location around town. Cleanliness and orderliness is their priority and very excellent shower pressure. Security, though a bit too much. Overall nice hotel.

Staff is the asset in this hotel. They are very customer oriented and courteous. Location Breakfast options Hotel facilities (eg. gym) I always stay in Protea by Marriott in Kampala when I can afford it.

Clean and well maintained hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is great in Kololo it is central and easy to get around. Overall a great option for business or leisure.
